Return Policy
We want you to love your merchandise. After receiving and if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will gladly exchange your unwashed/unworn items OR issue a merchandise credit within 15 days of delivery on all US orders.

Due to hygienic health regulations, we at Paul and Rade USA have a very strict return policy. Items eligible for exchange or store credit must be returned NOT WORN and NOT WASHED, and must have all original hygienic liners and tags attached and returned in original packaging.

We require you try on all garments over underwear. We will not accept any return if hygienic tape has been tampered.

It is at the discretion of Paul and Rade USA to determine if the returned item has been worn, used, washed, tampered or soiled.

How To Start a Return
1. Go to our contact page and send us a message to get the process started. Don't forget to include your order number and any details you can provide.
2. Someone from our team will be in contact with you within 24 hours with step-by-step instructions. (We will not accept unauthorized returns)

Items Not Returnable
-After the 15 day return policy.
-Sale items and items marked as final sale.
-Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns for International orders.
-Original shipping fee.

Exchange/Store Credit Procedure
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
2. If you are approved, we will contact you to proceed with your exchange or store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping an item to us over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
